2. Personal data processed
Personal data is not collected through this website via forms, membership or cookies. If you contact the company by email or telephone, only the identity and contact data needed to communicate (name, email address, phone number, message content) are processed.
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to requests, tenders and complaints,
- Pre-contract discussions and contract processes,
- Meeting legal obligations and retention periods.
4. Legal basis
Data are processed on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to forming or performing a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest), and with explicit consent where required.
5. Transfer
Personal data may be transferred, limited to the purpose, only to legally authorised public bodies, financial and legal advisers, and hosting/email providers. If data are transferred abroad, the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 apply.
6. Method of collection
Data are collected electronically and on paper through email, telephone, in-person meetings and contract processes.
7. Data-subject rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed; to request information if they are; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom they are transferred; to request correction if incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction; to request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data were transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage.
